• Homewares: $14 flat rate shipping is available Australia-wide.
  
  
• Furniture: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for QLD, NSW, and VIC orders. For orders with multiple pieces or shipping to other Australian regions, customers are advised to contact us at hello@bywest.com.au 

If a piece arrives damaged, we will arrange a full refund or replacement, subject to availability. Please note that each piece is crafted from natural stone, carrying unique variations in colour and pattern, which are not considered grounds for exchange.

Natural stone is timeless and durable, but it does love a little care. Wipe regularly with a damp cloth, use gentle cleaning products and avoid harsh chemicals. We suggest using coasters, placemats, and felt pads to protect the surface, and blot spills quickly to avoid stains.
