SHIPPING
FURNITURE DELIVERY
We currently deliver to metro Sydney, metro Melbourne, metro Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. If you're outside these areas, just get in touch for a custom shipping quote.
You can choose from two delivery options for most furniture pieces:
• Standard Delivery – Delivered to your nominated address. Please note: once your item/s are delivered, any damage during unpacking or installation becomes your responsibility.
• Premium White Glove Service – Delivered, unpacked, and assembled by our team, so all you need to do is enjoy it.
Some oversized items require specialised delivery - quoted individually.
Prefer to handle it yourself? You're welcome to collect your piece from our Gold Coast warehouse. Please note: once your item/s leave our care, any damage during transit, unpacking, or installation becomes your responsibility.
HOMEWARES DELIVERY
Smaller items like trays and coasters are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post, straight to your door.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
All orders are processed as quickly as possible, but please note that our pieces are crafted from solid natural stone and require careful handling. In-stock items typically ship within 5–10 business days. For pre-orders and custom pieces, shipping timeframes will be advised at the time of purchase. Larger furniture items may take additional time due to crating, specialised freight, and delivery coordination. We’ll keep you updated with tracking details and estimated arrival dates once your order is on its way.

At By West, we're committed to ensuring each piece brings lasting beauty to your space. While we carefully oversee every detail of craftsmanship and delivery, we understand sometimes things don't go as planned.
CHANGE OF MIND
We encourage thoughtful consideration before purchase, as we do not accept returns for change of mind. Our team is always available to answer questions and provide detailed information to help you make an informed decision.
NATURAL VARIATIONS
Each By West piece is crafted from natural stone, carrying unique variations in color and pattern. These subtle differences are the hallmark of authentic stone and are not considered grounds for exchange—they're what make your piece truly one of a kind.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If your piece arrives damaged, please document any issues with photos and contact us within 24 hours at hello@bywest.com.au
We'll arrange a full refund or replacement, subject to availability.
LARGER ITEMS
Our white glove delivery service ensures the safe placement of larger pieces in your space. We cannot accept returns for damage occurring after delivery or during customer handling.
